Cynthia B. Dash is COO for Matrix Financial Solutions Inc.
Ms. Dash currently sits on the GRC for The SPARK Institute and the ASPPA 408(b)(2) steering committee. She was recently named a Rising Star by 401kWire and in 2009 was named one of the Top Female Lawyers in Colorado and a Lawyer of the Year in Colorado by Law Week Colorado.
Prior to working for MSCS, Ms. Dash was the Assistant General Counsel and Vice President for Matrix Bancorp, Inc. She also served as Corporate Counsel for CNAC, Inc., a privately-held finance company. Aside from her legal experience, Ms. Dash served as a District Vice President for Reliance Acceptance Corporation.
Ms. Dash received a B.A. from William Smith College and a J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. She has been a member of the Colorado Bar since 1995.
